The Cloud Hotel is a cute little hotel with very friendly and nice staff. The location is marvelous, with easy access to the bus stop and nearby markets and convenience stores.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a lovely view and lots of natural light. I loved that the bathroom had a bathtub and even a faucet for filtered water. Plus, they provided a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The staff were so kind and attentive, making me feel truly valued during my stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast buffet! There were so many delicious options to choose from, making it a perfect way to start the day. this place really knows how to provide luxurious comfort and quality services.

The hotel is not close to a bus stop or a large night market, but it is situated opposite the train station. it is easy to get to a cinema from the hotel as there are a few options within walking distance. the hotel provides a free flow of snacks and beverages till midnight.

The room was cozy and comfortable. the bathroom was not very clean and smelled bad.

The hotel offered free washing, but you need to buy the washing powder, which is not too bad. The staff seemed helpful and can speak English, which made it easier for me. , the location was pretty decent. It's not too far from the train station and it is located in a spot with a great view.

The room itself was quite smelly, which wasn't fun to deal with. the reception staff didn't seem too friendly when I asked for help getting a taxi.
